Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
• Users may cancel their scheduled call with a Guru up to 2 mins before the session starts.
• Once a chat or call session has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refund Policy
• If a user is unsatisfied with the session due to genuine reasons, they may request a refund within 24 hours of the chat or call.
• Refund requests can be made via the app’s support section or by emailing [insert support email].
• The validity of the refund request will be reviewed based on service quality, technical issues, or other genuine concerns.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the request.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
• Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from personal beliefs, dissatisfaction without reasonable cause, or missed sessions due to user unavailability.
• If a Guru has provided the requested consultation in accordance with the app’s guidelines, a refund may not be applicable.
