Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
• Users may cancel their scheduled session with a Guruavataar before the session starts.
• Once a chat session has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refund Policy
• Payment for any call cancelled before the start of the session may be refunded.
• If a user is unsatisfied with the session due to genuine reasons, they may request a refund within 24 hours of the chat or call.
• Refund requests can be made via the app’s support section or by emailing namaste@askmyguru.live.
• The validity of the refund request will be reviewed based on service quality, technical issues, or other genuine concerns.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the request.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
• Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from personal beliefs, dissatisfaction without reasonable cause, or missed sessions due to user unavailability.
• If a Guru has provided the requested consultation in accordance with the app’s guidelines, a refund may not be applicable.
• All subscription purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or as mandated under Indian consumer law.
• If you cancel your subscription at any time during the on-going subscription period, no refund shall be made for the remaining part of the subscription period. Instead, your subscription and your access to subscription-only features shall be cancelled only after the expiry of the ongoing subscription period.
